Chimie des groupes fonctionnels :
- les halogènoalcanes
- les alcanes
Structure et réactivité :
- substitution nucléophile : mécanismes SN1&SN2 et applications dans la synthèse
- élimination E1, E2, E1cb: mécanismes et applications dans la synthèse
- compétition entre les réactions d'élimination et ceux de substitution
- la substitution radicalaire: halogenation des alcanes et mécanisme
- defonctionnalisation radicalaire
