Using a citation standard is essential for all academic work: it gives credit to the authors consulted, avoids plagiarism and guarantees the traceability of sources.

If no specific standard is required by your course of study or your teacher, the library recommends that you use the ISO 690 standard, widely recognized in academic circles.

There are as yet no HEIA-FR-wide institutional guidelines for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in academic work. Only the Chemistry program currently has specific guidelines. You'll find their guide below.
