- de concevoir, dimensionner et réaliser une infrastructure routière répondant aux objectifs fixés,
- dimensionner une superstructure routière.

- Tracé : géométrie routière (véhicule et usager, notions de vitesses, tracé en situation, profil en long, profil en travers, visibilité et viabilité), sécurité routière.
- Construction routière : éléments constitutifs de la chaussée, dimensionnement, renforcement.
